Cancellation Policy

I understand and agree that if I am enrolled in a class, using the facilities, or participating in events at Nose Work Studio, that I will not hold Nose Work Studio, my instructor(s), or other students liable and/or responsible for any harm or damage that may occur to myself, my dog(s), or my property. I acknowledge and accept that dogs by nature may be dangerous and that dog sports may include strenuous physical exertion on the part of myself and on my dog. I voluntarily and knowingly accept all risks of injury or damage from engaging in these activities. Further, I agree to take full responsibility for my dogs, and dogs under my care, during the course of these activities. I attest that dogs under my care are current on vaccinations and free from contagious disease and will provide documentation on the first day of class or lesson meeting. I agree to abide by rules outlined for participating in activities at Nose Work Studio and respect the rights of others while participating in events or using the facilities at Nose Work Studio. Completion and submission of this form serves as confirmation of receipt and signature.
